INTERFLUX®

 IF 9007' solder paste is

a dispensing solder paste for lead bearing alloys.
Its formula makes it possible to dispense type 3 grain solder paste (25-45µ) using a gauge 23 needle. It is a No-clean formula with a minimal contend of halogen.
It leaves clear and pin testable residue.

Following values are guidelines and have been tested in practical situations.
 
Dispensing:
Pump type archimedic screw, time-pressure,..
Syringe pressure 0,8 bar on 10 cc syringe
Minimal needle gauge G23 for type 3 class powder
