INTERFLUX® Stencil Clean wipes have specifically been developed to remove solder paste, inks, flux and other stencil print materials in a quick and clean manner. Available in pre-saturated lint-free wipe form.
They come in an easy flip-top canister of 100 individual pieces.

Application

The IPA-DI-wipes shall be used as received. The optimum working temperature is 18-25 °C. Use always protective gloves when using the INTERFLUX® wipes
 
Use on stencils:
1. 

Remove all residual products like solder paste and smt adhesive with a plastic spatula.



2.

Take one wipe in each hand and move wipes over top and bottom side of the stencil simultaneously.


For solder paste use the Stencil Clean wipes, for smt adhesive use the Adhesive remover wipes.

 
3.

Replace wipes with IPA-DI wipes to clean off residual Stencil cleaner or adhesive remover traces.
